G321 - The Jelly Baby Activity

So as to obtain a better understanding of the ordering of title sequences, we did an exercise referred to as "The Jelly Baby Activity", in which the Jelly Babies were used as stand-ins for characters within an opening sequence. We used post-it notes to depict the frames of the opening and wrote the titles for each frame either on the post it notes or above them. We were given both a genre of film to create a simple opening for and a demographic to aim our opening at. The genre given to us was independent action and the demographic was adults. The following photos show what we created:
